Coleman county that is six miles southwest of Glen Cove. This prime ranch has
been used for ag production, cultivation and pristine dove hunting. It offers the
very rich and fertile Rowena A series soil. Featuring highly improved grasses of;
sideoats grama, bluestem prairie grass, buffalo grass and a wide array of native
grasses. The diverse ranch terrain is flat to rolling with terraces in the cultivation
to utilize irrigation. This productive ranch is surrounded by hills and sits in a
valley at 2,000 ft elevation. The natural runoff of the hills and the nearby Elm
Creek provide highly productive cultivation. The Buffalo Grass Ranch features
prime dove hunting and currently features vast sunflower fields that are ready
for the upcoming dove season! This area is also known for very healthy
whitetail deer populations and has been properly managed to yield mature deer.
